Why should we serve together? 1 Thes. 5:11says, "Therefore encourage each other and strengthen one another as you are doing." We recently started to G.A.T.H.E.R. with our leaders for 5 minutes before their scheduled service time. During this time we connect, team, focus and sharpen ministry skills.
